After some experimentation with Meshtastic on various LoRa devices, this presentation is what got me excited about Reticulum. I was aware of it before, but had mentally pigeonholed Reticulum as "like Meshtastic, but more complicated."

However, if I understand this video accurately, Reticulum will virally restructure the internet from the ground up, giving users complete privacy, and transforming it into what the net ought to have been from day one...

Yep, there appears to be a lot more to Reticulum than meets the eye...😀

Once again--if I'm understanding this correctly, it's similar to nostr... but nostr is built on top of existing internet protocols. As I best understand it, Reticulum will be a new base layer protocol that runs right on top of the hardware, eliminating the need for ALL centralized entities like ICAAN...

But I have a lot more studying and experimenting to do.😜🤣😂

I see the world from 50,000 feet, and though I believe I first encountered Reticulum in one of your posts, I was completely unaware that you are the prime mover until seeing your response just now...

Thank you for the brilliant approach to rearchitecting the internet that I only began to appreciate after watching this video presentation... I understand burnout all too well, and hope you find all the space and support you need to rest and recover...
