50 pull ups and 10k daily.
some thoughts on this little journey approaching day 50 already.
1) everyone knows a guy who used to do 50 pull ups a day
don’t be that guy.
2) keep the promises you made to yourself.
3) get out of your head by using your body. move, lift, run, play…
also if you’re reading this during a tough time, you should probably get your daily 50 pull ups done first.
4) turns out liver and fruits were pretty good road trip snacks.
