Started doing #OMAD (One Meal A Day) on #carnivore with 50% #raw.

The best part is the mental clarity and energy you get. Like being on a hunt during the work day, then eat before the sun goes down. Cause you don't want your stomach to process food while sleeping, it will ruin your sleep. 4 PM seem to work best for me... If I get distractingly hungry earlier, then I have some bone broth with some glycine (for a sweeter taste), which takes it away and keeps me focused.
