Universal healthcare doesn't even have to be tax funded.
Everything "free" is paid for by taxpayers, so what do you mean?
and even when universal healthcare is funded by government spending, it's a lot cheaper than the USA system.
USA has he HIGHEST healthcare spending on earth. Both total and per capita.
Universal healthcare would literally reduce government spending in USA.
USA with no universal healthcare has the highest government spending on healthcare on earth, both per capita and total.
USA also has healthcare outcomes on par with a third world country.
Universal healthcare would not only reduce government spending it would also improve outcomes.
And universal healthcare doesn't even need to be government funded.
The entire argument is nonsense
