Most folks just need to get good at operating, shooting, drawing, carrying, and cleaning a single stock pistol.

I think the Sig #P365XL sits right in that Goldilocks zone of being slim/petite enough to actually EDC year round, even in the heat, yet has enough capacity and footprint to defend you and yours.

Not gonna lie: it's a micro platform and there's a real learning curve. Certainly less pleasurable than shooting a full size gun, but it's worth it to have a gun on you these days.

Trump friendly then?

Don't follow you bud.

Small hands. I like Trump but people do say that.

Yes it'll do. The 365XL with extended mag is good for many. Wilson grip adds more mass if needed.

I'm a big fan of the Springfield Hellcat

I'd like to shoot the Pro.

Echelon shoots really nice too

This was my second choice for edc.

The honest truth is that the platform matters alot less than simply getting your hours in becoming comfortable with each aspect of operating the gun.

Most folks want to collect, not train.

Get something simple like this then put your time in.

This is my first choice for edc.

I'm an OWB type of guy and this is still barely small enough to get into some of my pockets too. Not one to care about printing in my state where a lot of people open carry, or know that most of us are packing freedom seed dispensers.

She's a beaut. Big boy.

She gets the job done. Is super reliable. Works very well in sub-zero temperatures.

Usually carry her with 2 backup 32 round magazines at a minimum.

Also put a modest laser on it too to increase my accuracy since I can't afford to train all the time. Figured if I don't have the cash for extra bullets, better make sure I hit the target when it counts.

Love my original 365 for summer carry and the new Fuse for winter carry. The XL is next on my list to complete the set. I knew I liked you Laser 🫡

I used to have seasonal carry until I decided to streamline and go all in on a single year round kit. Gotta say, my training has gotten easier and more effective, too.

The 365 changed the standards for slim frame concealed carry. There are almost no single stack nines any more.

You have an optic cut slide, think about putting a dot on there. You will be amazed how quickly you pick it up.

Thanks for the recommendation. I started researching handguns about a week ago.
