He knows that everybody will see these TP and think: "hey, this guy must have inside info, btc will drop heavily, let's sell", creating fud trying to push the price down
This is basic market manipulation, the whale has exposed $9M in a low volume weekend, if the price turns back 10% he is done.
Because you see and discuss this, it means it is a promo. Or some dumb crime like money laundering. First most likely. No trader exposes such positions publically.
