This is not ideal?

On the main chain? No. It means they’re close to worthless

Not only worthless, but very close to becoming dust where they are basically worth 0 because it costs more than that in fees to move them.

P2TR keypath inputs weigh 230 Wu (57.5 vB), so P2TR outputs with 1000 sats are economically spendable at feerates up to 17.3 sats/vB.
