NOSTR is the only way forward.
All of these social media platforms have been compromised.
Protocols like NOSTR are about to rocket.
As are in person real life communities.
Posting for the sake of posting and going viral is over.
Post for the few, build stronger relationships.
Social media (as it has ever been implemented) is fundamentally broken. Incentivizing attention creates a toxic ecosystem. Research is conclusive. I don’t think Nostr solves this problem. Am I wrong?
Depends what your intentions are, but if you’re posting anything online you’re doing it to get some attention. Otherwise just keep a private diary.
I don’t think attention is bad per se, unless you get hooked on it and start debasing yourself or spamming for it.
But this is more about free speech and manipulation; NOSTR helps with not being censored or banned if you say something someone doesn’t like
