If this bottle was a chick, her name would be Manon and we would chase her down the streets of Paris.

How many you keep in cold storage? 👀
For what purpose?
Future vintage ? 🤷
So like a different wine?
I was thinking it'd be cool to keep a few of your bottles from each 'line' and bust them in in a decade or whatever on special occasions.
Or do celebratory raffle.
Is that not a thing with wine?
Or is it just whiskey that ages like a fine .... wine 🤔
Have I been lied to all my life ?
No that's real. I have a big pile of boxes of wine from old vintages. I don't count how many I have tho
I think thats awesome though.
The wines prob wont increase in value like bitcoin would.
But i think the intrinsic value on having call backs to your past proof of work is priceless.
I am curious though. Your wine being natural. No commercial crap... will it age better or... not as long shelf life.
Or have you already made a long form post about this and i missed it
All good, it's something I should talk about more.
Weve aged our estate Pinot (dad made it) 18 yrs and it was still getting better.
So it ages great.
The main catch is that you even more need to make sure it's stored properly. There's less room for error
