What are the best tools out there to create video content using AI, that includes high quality voice? I need consistency in characters longer than short clips of 8 seconds, and from what I understand veo3 can't deliver on that?

I'm interested in this too. I'm starting to see YouTube creators make them and sometimes you can't tell its an AI voice. I also heard you can upload multiple videos and it will create a short video from all the videos you uploaded. Very interesting.
