My jerky marinating process. I make each flavor blend following my own recipe measurements, and mash the custom flavor blend into the meat.
Then it gets wrapped to chill about an hour or so.
Once it's firmed up after chilling a bit, it's rolled flat and sliced into strips before dehydrating.

Yep, I'm staying in with the AC on and working today, because I celebrate freedom by doing what I enjoy for work. One of the sweet rewards of self-employment is following no rules but my own.
My work table is full of meat, and pretty soon it's gonna be in someone's mouth!
