When Michael Saylor says bitcoin is a "quadratically reflexive engineered instrument" it sounds like gobbledygook.
What (I think) he means, in more colloquial terms:
"Bitcoin is a deliberately engineered system that thrives on belief and adoption. As more people join and use the network, the overall value doesn’t just grow linearly — it grows exponentially. It follows Metcalfe’s Law, which states that the value of a network increases with the square of its users. This means each new participant makes the network significantly more useful and valuable to everyone else. These accelerating network effects create powerful, self-reinforcing feedback loops that drive Bitcoin’s growth much faster than traditional assets."
Makes sense to me.
