Astronauts have no gravity in respect to the ISS. But they both are being pulled by the earth. It like why you can sit STILL on a MOVING car.
because both the shuttle and human are orbiting around earth at a speed, centripetal force is balancing centrifugal force and the human can appear "floating" within the shuttle thanks to balanced forces
the iss is moving quite fast. it counters gravity.
