Yes, if you have received email from us (should be from refund@lifpay.me), please reply to that email directly.

Some folks are having trouble withdrawing their sats. Attempts to send to another wallet generate a red, "This service is unavailable" error. And actually that error has been presenting for the past week or so.

Very disappointing, but this is a known risk of using custodial wallets.

So how do I continue using the NTAG424 DNA that I have connected to LifPay if I don't have the key to reset it?

I did end up getting 90 sats sent back to me!

They sent me a message on nostr, I don't want to reveal my email, if they refund my sats without revealing my email I will definitely follow up.

I had used a burner email so it was fine with me!
