Brewster's Millions is a comedic novel written by George Barr McCutcheon (Richard Greaves) in 1902
There have been many screen plays based off of the novel.
The 1902 novel: Grandfather leaves Brewster $1 million in a will, but a competing will from another relative requires Brewster must spend the $1 million in the first year or forfeit a $7 million inheritance from the other relative.
The 1945 version: Inherit $8 million but must spend $1 million on fair value goods, without keeping any assets, within 60 days.
The 1985 version: Receive $1 million upfront or inherit $300 million but must spend $30 million on fair value goods, without keeping any assets, within 30 days.

His reckless infantilism, refusal to accept the truth, over eagerness to please, ill tempered reactions to being corrected, inability to empathise with others, lack of discernment, inability to grasp scale, refusal to seek the good over his own interests all condemn him to this calculation.
Everything good that he does is counterbalanced by something evil that he does, in this case, rejecting Bitcoin, the solution to the biggest systemic problem facing mankind; the problem of fiat money, to the potential harm of billions of people.
It is entirely wrong to expect one man to change his character and "rescue" the world; the need for heroes is a character flaw many suffer from. That being said, the need for heroes doesn't prevent math from working, and the equation here that sums to zero applies to the affairs of Elon Musk.
And for the record, Bitcoin, Bitcoiners, the billions of people on earth who need sound money and all things like that will continue and thrive without Elon Musk, and WorldCoin, CBDCs, fiat money and every other anti-Bitcoin machination will fail.

While briefly staring at my mempool, I noticed that some transactions got rejected because their locktime was based on a freshly mined block, which my node hadn't seen yet. Even several minutes later my mempool doesn't have it.
