every relay owner is talking about this, they say that Clients should be smarter and provide a functional mix of relays for newcomers, avoid spam and other stuff.
Right now it is a problem that the user can fix by testing or copying the relays of the people that they follow. I would advise you to copy Jack's relays.
In the future, Clients will provide the services that will fix this.
Hi, last week I saw that there were 212 relays connected, now there are 633!!! Would you add a graph of historical relays connected to the stats page?
In my experience I've tried to copy the relays of people that I follow, I started to experience this:
1. Followers dissappear
2. Your notes are not in your feed
3. You get too many errors on your relays
4. You can't see information on other publeys
Then i went back to just 2 or 3 combinations of relays, when i got stability on the client I would go to add more relays and see which ones are messing with my experience.
Paid relays are great for stability, but you missed the global chat, so you make it harder for people to find you.
One day we will look at what we said in the legacy relays and some kind of bot will repost them to your feed with a time stamp.
