What's happening? More and more Relays are going down.

Is it possible that they are collapsing because of high activity?
Yesterday I had tons of problems with relays. My feed showed a different history every 3 to 4 hours and even My notes dissappear time to time 🧐
It's possible, but I experience daily this by more and more relays. Now 4-5 in average is down from 16, but yesterday was just only 1 or 2 down. Hopefully this trend won't continue.
