That’s a lot of faith and trust in a billionaire with severe narcissistic traits. Let’s see how this turns out!
Nah, Truth just is. It’s forced and immutable. Time is only needed for people to see it.
…and completely in character. There are no surprises here.
Sadly, I think this is the fate of any org of this size. Any time this much power is centralized/concentrated. It’s like an unwritten law of the human condition.
For me, the bottom line is that gov’t costs for servicing their debts is way too high.
Something will eventually give, be it unemployment, levered debt on AI/mag7, or levered debt on USTs by small/mid banks and people suddenly needing their cash due to inflation/job loss/rising health/RE costs.
Really feels like the global economy is walking in the edge of a knife.
A deflationary impulse, left unchecked, will destroy all centralized power. There is only one alternative. Nothing stops this train.
The ability to alter probabilities in events and actions.
Mine a block every 10 minutes.
Use scratch-offs instead of fiat.
Every green light.
Bumped up to first-class, every time.
Cook an egg perfectly without fail.
Sovereigns recognize the inevitability of bitcoin for international trade, and capitulate.
Philip K Dick’s The Golden Man goes down this road. It was the basis for a very different story in a Nic Cage movie called Next.
In both, the character has the ability to see the future. Not one future, but all possible futures. It’s like being able to play out every chess move several moves ahead.
That’s god-like.

One of these has worked to grow the network and its adoption.
The other has only consumed.
They are not the same. You’ll see. The rug pull is coming.
Never have I ever…
Said “I’m cold. I think I’ll turn on the lights.”
Never have I ever…
Heard anyone say anything like that.
I do love the warmth of an incandescent, tho. And old school sodium and magnesium lights.
And remember when headlights were yellow?
Insurance coverage denials have risen in recent years in the US, driven in part by automated algorithms powered by AI and some recently launched AI tools may fight back by generating automatic appeals on the behalf of healthcare providers and patients.

The administrative overhead will continue to increase until the insurance companies start facing effectively denial of service attacks from PA counters.
This ends only one way IMHO. And I’m already starting to see it where I live: doctors refusing insurance and accepting direct payments only.
This is how jets refuel in midair.

False. That is how smaller fighter jets are conceived.
100%. Food is such a bigger threat than heating up your balls via milliwatts of RF. This kind of thinking is coming from the same people who would endorse sunning their balls.
A litmus test for a good marriage. Most couples I run into claim they “need” time away from their spouse, meanwhile me and mine haven’t spent more than 7 consecutive days apart in over 2 decades. We can’t have fun without the other to share it with.
I'm still mad at RAK wireless for using JST ZHR-2 (1.5mm) and PH (2.0mm) connectors on the same board. It's like, "yo, just pick a standard and stick with it." (Preferrably PH 😉)
But what's even worse is that they don't even document that the battery collector is a JST PH connector in their datasheet!

These are the little details that make the difference between a good product and a great product.
It’s pretty common to have all kinds of undocumented “fun” in cheaper, half-assed production & manufacturing.
Don’t know anything about RAK, but this smells like cheap Chinese outsourcing. Just my experience - could just be an oversight.
You get to a point where you half ignore the data sheets and inspect yourself. Can trust anything from the cheaper producers… they’ll document one thing, deliver another to you, then claim “oh, it’s a slightly different production version. No documentation yet.”
Thank you. There is constant judgement on “how people should use their bitcoin”. Fiat thinking.
Bitcoin is for your enemies.
This is why we have NAT and subnets…
lol - agree, tho, why isn’t ipv6 more prominent?
