Just started this years seedlings in the kratky system I learned from you a few years ago. Thanks for sharing stuff like this. Watching these seeds turn into plants is not only productive but also beautiful. I never thought getting back into gardening would affect me on an emotional level. Thank you Jack.
If you listen to Elon's pitches to investors this shouldn't come as any surprise. He wants Twitter to become an identity provider through becoming a payment provider. Twitter is silo, who cares. Things like Nostr are the future.
As for the $100 for API usage. I get that. Kill the spammers and get paid for using Twitter to manipulate opinion. He's also trying to stop the bleeding of money. He's building something different from the old Twitter. Something I'm not interested in. I mean, I haven't been interested in Twitter for about 7 years but who's counting.
It is truly wild to watch and even wilder to see the lack of news coverage. It shouldn't surprise me but somehow it kinda does.

This might be obvious to many of you but Bitcoin does not only compete with fiat currencies like the dollar. It is also competing with Apple, Google, Paypal, Twitter, Facebook... they all want to be your bank. Some have payment systems now, others like Twitter are moving that way. It should be obvious why these companies haven't embraced Bitcoin. Bitcoin is better. It is a technology leap over them. They should all embrace it. IMHO they all will or they will be added to the list of dead technology companies.

Fully expect military conflict if China is able to challenge the dollar dominance. I don't see the elites just rolling over. Its gonna be ok though. One of many reasons why we need a global, permission-less, peer to peer, inflation proof money.
