I had it write a trust document. Turned out pretty good.

Issue is that it didn’t really save me money because no law offices were willing to read it. And no trustees were willing to accept it…

So at end of day I had to pay for a professional trust doc with basically the same words.

It did not use to be like that. This has changed over the last 2 decades.

In the 80s and 90s both parties would debate hard and look for common ground.

But just read any article about a right position or a right politician and you will notice word bias that encourages this behavior. I think that is what changed.

For the 8 year I forgot I had any it was easy. The last 4 were tough. Just put it in a cold wallet and forget about it for a decade or two.

Correct, Put simply I support using fed funds to buy Bitcoin and treasury gold certificates of deposits to buy Bitcoin even T-Bills for that matter, but ALL seized Bitcoin or any other asset should be sold on the open market to the highest bidder.

The government should not be given any motivation to seize any asset other than enforce law. Allowing seize Bitcoin to go into strategic treasury motivates agencies to seize Bitcoin and harshly enforce law or broadly interpret statutes. We don’t need that.
