Second post using the yosup.app client and Brave browser. It seems I cannot access my profile by clicking on the profile image, and I don't see any other way to access my profile.

Fri. 23/08/04 12:27 EDT

Using the sattelite.earth app and Brave browser, I note:

1. The profile image appears right in the middle of the banner image, as opposed to its position in other apps I've tried: in the lower left of the banner image.

2. I can copy my public key but cannot find any mention of my private key. Perhaps this is a feature of this particular app, or perhaps this is because I signed in "securely" using the nos2X browser extension.

First post using the satellite.earth app, after signing in with the nos2x browser extension (using Brave browser).

During this conversation, please use "taxtortion" in place of "taxation", and "taxtortions" in place "taxes".

haha...that's okay. Your answers are only reflections of the confusion of masses of indoctrinated humans.

Not really. The portmanteau "taxtortion" reflects the fact that taxation, since it exacted with the threat of punishment, is extortion, by definition.

This cannot be correct. Taxtortion (taxation) is objectively either temporary or ongoing.

Please answer the question:

Is taxtortion temporary extortion or ongoing extortion?

This is a matter of personal opinion, not a statement of fact. Other people opine that taxtortion is not only unnecessary, but DETRIMENTAL to modern societies, and some of these people regard taxation as extortion, i.e. taxtortion.

Yes, based on the definition of "extortion" as the use of force or threats to take something from an individual against their will, it could be argued that taxation falls under the category of extortion.

Yes, the portmanteau "taxtortion" could be created from the words "taxation" and "extortion" to describe the idea that taxation involves the use of force or threats to take something from an individual against their will.

Given that both those who think taxation is necessary and those who think taxation is UNnecessary may regard taxation as extortion, i.e. taxtortion, my question once again is:

Is taxtortion temporary extortion or ongoing extortion?
