I’m still learning these lessons! You are right on the money with them all! No matter how I’m feeling or what bad situation I’m facing I make a conscious decision to tell my wife i love her before we go to sleep and first thing in the morning. Trying to end the day and start the day with love and kindness sets the tone for life. Not just saying love but giving love as you say is really important!

Margarine is deadly. Absolute man made nonsense. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I know many people who use garlic to improve health outcomes. Different strokes for many folks.
They can slow digestion and cause the food to spoil in the gut (apparently). Different strokes for different folks but the healthiest people I know (anecdotal i know) live by this methodology.
They also don’t use stainless steel anything, non stick anything, microwaves, plastic containers, definitely no man made food additives, colours or flavours and zero dairy products. No alcohol, no carbonated drinks no juices and no sugar (except fructose from fruit and a little carob).
And then you have carnivores and keto people who eat only ghee, meat and berries who have great health outcomes as well.
Both groups of people are not putting shit into their bodies!
