I put the photo shuffle option on my Lock Screen and set it to city & landscapes. It’s shuffling through thousands of photos of my trips I’ve taken. It makes me happy every time I look at my phone because I’m greeted with a different past adventure. I can’t wait to go on my next one. It’s been too long 😞This was glacier hiking Iceland. (I hope the image appears.. the photo mb was so large)

Where are the artists and designers at?

The sea creatures in it are pretty cool! They ride sea robin inspired creatures (I think) which is awesome

I’d rather see the entire image/video no crop and shortened/show more copy. One of the things l liked about Twitter was you had to use an economy of words to get an idea across and people were clever about it. Sometimes limitations forces creativity. But I love a big full image/video.

Is it like an oura ring?

I just had to rejoin Twitter to see content that friends keep sharing as well as work related content. I have to admit I miss all the artists and art there. But I immediately feel like quitting again. During the onboarding process you’re asked to follow topics that interest you. Pretty standard. Then you’re asked to fine tune each topic you’ve chosen by following specific aspects of those topics. Here you see Tesla and SpaceX at the front of a lot of topics. Some instances make sense others not so much. Then you’re forced to follow at least one account and who do you think was at the top of the list? (Name rhymes with Elon) And right above him is an anti liberal account. I’m independent so not a huge deal. But it seems sus.

For national US news, YouTube bc I can listen to it while I work and I dislike tv. It doesn’t matter what the source is. I don’t trust anyone is telling the truth. So I wait to hear a basic outline of events. If a topic interests me I’ll Google/dig a lil more. I ask friends too.

For local news, oddly I’ve been reading tweets from the local police station. I get notifications even tho I don’t follow or list where I live.

I used to get almost all news from Twitter prior to Elon’s takeover.

I started an NFT project a few years ago. We got our own token, I designed the landing page, a product, had tokenomics etc. I spent a ton of time on it. It was never launched because the whole thing devolved. Every time I think about it it’s just a big, big disappointment. Sigh
