Part 14 of my #Pride #Vexillology series: Aromantic
Designed in 2014, the aromantic flag represents individuals who feel little to no romantic attraction to anyone of any gender. Aromantics do not feel any internal desire to have romantic relationships to feel fulfilled in their daily lives.
However, this does not mean that an aro person is incapable of feeling sexual attraction to others, or that they are cold and heartless. Aro folks can have just as intense of sexual attraction to others as romantic folks and can have deep, meaningful platonic relationships that can be warm and affectionate.
Green = aromanticism (green is the opposite of red, the color of romance)
Light green & gray = the aro spectrum
White = aesthetic attraction & platonic friendship
Black = all sexual orientations

We are more or less in agreement here except for the fact that I (like the vast majority of people in everyday conversation) am using the common understanding of the terms male, female, man, and woman to refer to oneās gender, not oneās biological sex in clinical definition.
Might I also point out (hopefully without sounding like Iām trying to argue, because Iām really not) that this is why I use the common terms transgender, gender fluid, genderqueer, etc rather than transex, etc. You are right, in clinical, scientific terms, there are effectively 3 sexes. Male, female, and intersex, but in everyday use, gender is what people are referring to when they say things like male, female, man, woman.
If the thing you bitch about most in society is what pronouns people prefer for themselves, then your life must be pretty easy and pretty boring.
Just chill out, you have it made. #grownostr #chillout

Part 13 of my #Pride #vexillology series: Genderfluid
Developed in 2013, this flag exists to give space to those whose gender identity fluctuates during different times of life or whose gender expression shifts with different circumstances. Genderfluid individuals may also identify as generally non-binary or generally transgender and many transgender people find home in this term during middle stages of transition. For others, gender fluidity may continue throughout life.
Each color represents a different aspect of the Genderfluid community:
Pink = femininity
Blue = masculinity
White = agender
Black = all genders
Purple = a combination of masculinity & femininity

Itās funny how conservatives are so critical of mUh SCieNcE (as they should be) until it comes to sex and gender, then they act just as stupidly as leftists, as if science was a set of established facts instead of a process of continuous learning. #grownostr
Call it controversial, but honestly I like this version better than the original

Well I love that (shitting off the news) for you guys! But as far as rocky life stuff, I definitely understand that. Just know, itāll pass
Part 12 of my #Pride #vexillology series: Genderqueer
The Genderqueer pride flag was created in 2011 to represent those people that reject the traditional categories of gender.
Genderqueer is an umbrella term used to describe identities outside the traditional, cis-gender binary. Very similar to the term ānon-binaryā, āgenderqueerā was first used in queer magazines in the 1980s and predates the emergence of the term ānon-binaryā, but āgenderqueerā can also refer to genderfluid people as well as other gender identities or expressions.
For this flag,
lavender = androgyny and other queer identities
white = agender
green = non-binary

Iām not sure what you are referring specifically to but whatever it is, itāll pass.
I personally have taken the approach of not watching/reading/listening to the news. I personally donāt need the extra stress and emotional manipulation. I figure if something is local enough for it to affect me or be important to me, Iāll hear about it.
āMaleā and āmanā are words for predominantly masculine people, regardless of genitalia. āFemaleā and āwomanā are words for predominantly feminine people, regardless of genitalia.
