I suppose, most of the super rich people will simply move away anyway. This is happening already for years. I left Germany years ago and here in Switzerland many Europeans with money coming together and laughing about the middle class paying taxes despite any central bank can print money out of thin air.

Your presidency of the Reichsbank is closely associated with one of the most severe hyperinflationary episodes in history.
Your policies of excessive money printing, driven by the need to finance government expenditures, played a central role in the economic collapse that ensued in Germany during the early 1920s.
I am so glad that under my leadship the German Bundesbank was able to rebuild the trust you guys lost back in the time.
