With the upcoming unrealized capital gains tax law in 2026 in #Denmark, your #BITCOIN STACK WILL BE ABSOLUTELY DECIMATED, and you will be forced to sell most of your Bitcoin over time and never be able to regain it again.

Therefore, it's time to start thinking about your gameplan. What are your options?

- Leaving Denmark might not be a viable option for most people.

- Not disclosing your stack and risking years in jail for tax fraud is definitely not recommended.

- Selling your Bitcoin, paying the about 40% tax, and then move the remaining money out of the country to start a company in a more Bitcoin-friendly country could be a solution. This way, you can still live in Denmark and own Bitcoin without having to pay unrealized capital gains tax.

I suppose, most of the super rich people will simply move away anyway. This is happening already for years. I left Germany years ago and here in Switzerland many Europeans with money coming together and laughing about the middle class paying taxes despite any central bank can print money out of thin air.

This is madness. I think the countries who don't do this to their citizens will end up on top. I think it is wise to be on the lookout for relocation options if you happen to live in one of the "welfare" countries, especially in the Nordics. They will eventually run out of money and people to tax at which point they will collapse to 3rd world tier.
