#Christian, #ENFP, black dude, anti-authoritarian small-government stan, #tech fan, #TV and #Film enjoyer who most likely who has #ADHD.

IDK like being gay without being thrown off the top of a building 🫵🏾 😂

It’s fair to have some grievances with #Israel. I am rooting for them because they are the once who will rule civilly and provide the citizens with more human rights than #Hamas would.

Because #Hamas is barbaric and do terrorism, and they treat their citizens worse than #Israel. Peace in the region and #Hamas’ existence are completely incompatible.

Do you support #Hamas? It sounds to me like you do.

#Somalia’s too small and underpowered to be busy conquering people. I don’t think that country refuses to invade nations out of pure hearts and virtue.

Surprising take TBH. Countries who win wars aren’t allowed to conquer the land? The #UN didn’t take any land from #Egypt? 🤔

The #Israel vs. #Palestine war is the first time I’ve ever heard people say “no fair, you stole our land after we lost a war with you”. Like, I’m a lil surprised at what people think war is exactly.

You ain’t never heard of the #USA? 😂

#Israel has just copied the same tactics we used in the Middle East, the primary difference is that the power balance is completely different so it affects the Israelis more significantly

Fun fact, the person who said this got shot dead by police.

It’s also interesting that #TimPool doesn’t think that #Israel’s blockade is a war crime. Like, he has a great point, that it really shouldn’t be #Israel’s job to give #Gaza food and water since they’re an independent state, technically, and not a part of #Israel, but starving civilians is still, as I understand it, a violation of the #GenevaConventions.

I think the only way you get out of such a claim is by saying that it’s #Hamas’ fault that #Gaza doesn’t have water because they’ve failed to build up the proper infrastructure despite having the ample opportunity to do so, which is actually true as they have bragged about destroying, for example, water infrastructure provided to them by the #UN.

Listening to #TimcastIRL and I can’t believe that everyone is arguing against their guest #PrestonParra and saying that they should be continuing to bomb #Gaza rather than switching from bombs to the #IDF’s planned ground invasion. The bombing campaign clearly leads to more collateral damage and is less precise.

Like, yes #TimPool, I understand that somewhere close to the majority of Palestinians support #Hamas, but that doesn’t mean that you choose an option that leads the a certain amount of collateral damage when a less deadly option is available.

We actually don’t need more platforms at this point, and we don’t really need more #Fediverse backends either. We just need more frontends.

Making new #Fediverse software creates a labyrinth of compatibility challenges that are just entirely unnecessary when you can still transform the user experience through a mere frontend. #Soapbox and #Elk do this quite well.

You think you wouldn’t just get muted again?

You seem to be trying to fight the culture war using tactics that don’t work without the infiltration of other major sectors such as the government or #MSM.

Bully tactics like name-calling usually only work if you’re the bigger guy.

Haven’t #BudLight sales been rising slowly?

maybe I don't understand. if you only have a rock, you still might be able to kill someone. guns make it easier. it's fine to limit access to these more effective tools for killing. you can kill with car but more with a semi. it's harder to get a license to drive a semi. it should be harder to have legal access to a gun than a rock. and harder still to get a fully automatic weapon. etc.

You’re clearly having trouble figuring out how to connect your conclusion to the analogy. Your position makes far more sense in a modern context (although I still disagree with it) than in the context of the analogy you’re attempting to interact with.

The only other explanation I can think of is that you’re not that familiar with the story of Cain and Abel, but you seem pretty educated at least so that’s not my assumption.
