Many good options have already been said but I'll try to be original:
1) Firearm- Physical protection. Can you be free if you can't protect yourself from physical harm?
2) Mullvad VPN- VPN service that accepts btc and xmr.
3) nostr:npub1xnf02f60r9v0e5kty33a404dm79zr7z2eepyrk5gsq3m7pwvsz2sazlpr5 - Swiss army knife of bitcoin wallets and a great way to interact with your bitcoin and lightning node.
Just to emphasize some stuff already brought up:
Pixel with Graphene OS + nostr:npub1vr2nva0s0hhfulthjy8053rg9kruk5erzwaxdw85gjwkfytj994sgudzvx esim for data + jmp dot chat / cheogram for calls/texts + mullvad VPN is a based mobile phone setup.
