While researching #Privacy I side quested to understand Dignity. Illuminating for me when I learned that the concept of human dignity as we commonly refer to it today is virtually brand new, hotly debated and very uncertain. We do not have a shared definition, and only theories of its implications.
Now when I think about current events, or I hear societal debates, it's like I'm hearing badly harmonized singers. There's the content of the debate on top, and right underneath it I hear, in dissonant and grating keys, all these various narratives that have little hope of being made consonant if we do not yet have some shared concession on human dignity.
New post about how I visualize the way my information moves from soul to body to people to society and beyond. As information moves throughout these zones, my choices and #privacy expressions naturally change.
The storm is coming.
I wish you all good luck in safeguarding yourselves and your families from crazy thieves (and governments) who will stop at πππππππ to steal your sats ππ πππ πππππ πππππππππ.
The easy targets will be the first to fall, followed by the rest. No, your retarded hardware wallets that you bought with KYC won't save you. All will fall one by one, like a row of dominos. Ultimately, only the "paranoid crypto-anarchists" cypherpunks who took care of their #privacy and #opsec will have peace of mind.

We've not yet had a period in our tech-dominated world where the need to protect ourselves has been widely demonstrated and experienced. Not enough people understand that using privacy is a required part of personal safety, and that if you don't use privacy, you abandon personal safety. The whole world tells us that our safety only comes from others, and even then only if we do what we are told to do.
Thanks to nostr:npub1235tem4hfn34edqh8hxfja9amty73998f0eagnuu4zm423s9e8ksdg0ht5 for the OS, and via various other means I'm up and running on nostr:npub1n03pvydrg9pxay2xy479g9u7ytgh3wmagyrwy37a70js0ductf4sudh0ky for secure communications while preserving anonymity and by extension preserving some privacy options. Choosing anonymous, secure and private ways of living is a moral, spiritual and religious responsibility I have.
I have so far been unable to even establish an nostr:npub14u0ghzsn8jcgnyjxpj4ynmdykl34yrnztegyv0g83l3ucjfa2pvsmp2vql account using anonymous or privacy preserving methods. I'll keep working on it.
Hey are there any #atheist #atheism folks out there who still believe in their own soul?
Spot on! You need privacy to protect yourself from others who want to compel or coerce your choices, so that you can safely chart your own path in life. This has been true for all of human history, but many are only now reckoning with it.
Aside from what each of these identifying marks "means" or says about its driver, people need to be more aware that "vehicle fingerprinting" technology is now spreading uncontrolled (look up Flock Safety). Computers are recording your vehicle stickers and you can be automatically searched and followed based on them. These systems can be operated by government agencies or by private companies, and they can share between one another. Spread the word!
Thank you, Chloe Humbert from Scranton. "Anonymity should not be forbidden and we should be allowed liberty of movement."
The choice to remain anonymous is a natural #privacy expression. Laws that coerce mass populations to expose their bodies are immoral (and gross).
A little bit on what I'm discovering about the implications of Autonomist faith, which is a found faith centered on belief in the soul and in #privacy. As a nonthiestic faith grounded in religious and philosophic works that are cherished by billions, I think this faith and our congregation can have global appeal and help reconnect people with their soul.

.
"Consider people who do bad things to be afflicted by a condition." Yes, exactly. When we perceive human problems like this we are more likely to invent ladders that enable afflicted souls to escape their condition rather than using our power to throw them down into even deeper holes.
It's been years since I first started uncovering the relationship between the soul and privacy. Finally, I'm putting up Aenorium.fyi as a place for me to document this profound new journey with #privacy as well as my work on #KinSec and #Autonomist faith.
just setting up my nostr
