There are multiple implementations out there. You can also run Albys implementation on your own node without connecting it to their server. For example there's an umbrel app that directly uses the node's lnd in their community appstore. The docker can be run on other systems as well with a little configuration 🤙. There's also implementations out there for c-lightning and LNbits.

The best wallet is running your own lightning node and install nostr wallet connect on the same system so you can onetapzap without the need for a wallet on your phone and a third party (in order to check balance and non nostr stuff, use zeus connected to that wallet).

Other people might have other ideas 🤙

I feel the same with running my own node and using Phoenix at the same time.

After running my own node for a time I am wondering if Phoenix is enough and I don’t invest so much time in running my own.

What do you think is the best wallet to zap with Lightning without fees⚡️?

I tried Breez and Phoenix but both seem to charge 1 sat as fee. Looks like WoS does not charge when zapping small amounts…
