I don't know what Bluesky was thinking when they opted for subdomain @'s instead of email-like names.
I think bluesky _could_ be decentralized IN THEORY. They did design it with that in mind. But nobody has actually done it yet.

I also ditched Twemoji and we just render emojis from the OS now.
