It could be that Nostr apps cache the old lightning address and only update to new one slowly.

Please give it a try. If you encounter an issue, let me know.

To receive zaps you need to keep a lightning address in your profile. This is independent from sending zaps.

If you add your Alby lightning address to your Nostr profile and connect that account for #1tapzaps you , you can send&receive from one wallet.

I paid 10 sats and 1 sat in fees from my getalby.com account via the extension. On Zeus from the same getalby.com account there is no fee you say?

100%. I am working on Alby. There is no browser extension-specific fee.

But it is interesting indeed. May I ask whom did you pay? I would like to reproduce that.

the reason could be that the payment took a different route than the payments without fees or the fees along that route were changed in between.

And it was a payment to a non-Alby wallet?

Alby does not charge any fee in addition to the normal routing fees of other channels.

Does it say "1 sat fee" on the list of outgoing transactions in the Alby extension?
