So far so good, this old lappy is working great, and the nightly-build Brave browser is working great as well!!!
So I did some yard work today, this included some spot mowing where the shade tolerant grass is starting to come up. Wished I could have free range ducks and chickens, I would set up electro-fence and let them graze it first!
I found some stray Jerusalem Artichokes coming up in places I didn't want them (these things are hardy as hell)!!!
The smaller ones that came up with roots or part of a "choke" I potted. Been doing this for 2 weeks now. If anyone in the #OKC #OKCagora area is wanting some, make me an offer I can't refuse 😁
Just be aware that if they get into your general soil, you will have them for life unless you are very rigorous about killing them off. Better put them in pots with saucers below so they cannot get their roots into the ground!!!

I am in the process of re-working a 7 year old laptop with the latest Linux Mint 21.1 "Vera" so I can transfer all my current work from my current laptop so I can rebuild it as well.
I use Brave browser almost exclusively except when it won't load something or the Brash Shields stop me from accessing something with shields down.
I use Iris.to to access NOSTR and I use the Alby extension for my lightning wallet on this browser.
Since I am an IT guy I am a little ambitious with my software, and I am trying the nightly build of the Brave browser on this laptop because it will be a temporary.... the nightly build is basically ALPHA software... so far so good.

Maybe a developer somewhere can look at the code for Obsidian.md and figure out the #brainmap functions, and then build some sort of web app on GitHub that anyone can run and plug their #NOSTR credentials into and see their immediate followers, and display it as a brain node map!

I think many will give up when they try to find the #NOSTR app/server to log into... they will lose their mind trying to figure out why they cannot get a username and password from #NOSTR #LDAP because they cannot fathom being in control of their own stuff!

I think anyone in our space that chooses to use even 10% of their brain capacity on a daily basis can figure out how to use #NOSTR, if they use 10.1% they know how to add an #alby #lightning address, and if they use 10.2% not to link their public NOSTR key to more than one app - the rest of the population that isn't in the process of waking up probably never will and will strive to use #FIAT and centralized services!

I bought the very original first Keurig about 9 months after they became available in Bed Bath & Beyond - and it still works!!!
Since I am the only coffee drinker in my house, and my wife gives me the stink eye when I brew coffee any other way than with the Keurig (she hates the "stink" of brewed coffee), I still use mine to this day since the coffee "stink" is really short lived!
I mostly do my own fresh ground beans in a re-usable steel pod, but I also have the option of using any of the available commercial pods.
