I don't like this advice when we're talking about sugar addiction. Honey and fruit gives a sugar addict the same sensation as eating candy.
People looking to cut sugar but aren't addicts - sure, great advice. Sugar addicts need to avoid sugar completely.
Best tip I can offer is to not cave to cravings. Don't do cheat days. Ever. If you think you have a sugar addiction then understand that you're not a normal person who can have a bite or two and be fine. You need to abstain completely.
I treat sugar like an alcoholic treats booze. It's not something I'm capable of moderating and I constantly remind myself of that.
I'd just look them up on YouTube or Spotify, lots of big songs!

Grew up with sheep milk Greek yogurt. When I make it today I feel a sense of closeness to my yiayia, who passed away in 2009.
It really is amazing stuff. I avoid honey, but loved it with wildflower honey as a kid.
I didn’t get into Bitcoin for it to become the global currency. I wanted ancap money that I could use while living amongst Free Staters in New Hampshire.
It worked exactly that way in a small community, much like Nostr today. That tiny little bit of adoption felt like the biggest advance towards freedom and decentralization that I had ever seen.
Enjoy these moments. There’s no guarantee Nostr will grow as big and fast as Bitcoin, but it already feels like a win to me. 🤙
