Depends on the farm I buy from. I used to do strictly grass fed and finished, but I'm less concerned about local beef from grain finished cows that spent 99% of their life eating grass.
That's because preparing and eating steak is one of life's greatest pleasures.

A bit envious of those who got to attend Nostrica. I tried to make it work, but I need to focus on finishing up flight school instead of traveling.
Hopefully it's still in CR next year and dates are announced well ahead of time to make planning easier. 😄
