```
rm /data/.bitcoin/peers.dat
```
`rm umbrel/app-data/bitcoin/data/bitcoin/peers.dat`

There is a nip for that but obviously you can't be sure every relay follows your request.
On the bright side we are encouraged to think before we post something stupid and have the chance to own our own mistakes if we were wrong in hindsight. Pretty neat feature imo.
We might need nym shitposting accounts.
Do any nostr clients support rudimentary markdown like:
* Lists
* *italic* and **bold** typefaces
* [Hyperlinks](https://bitcoin.org)
* `innline code`
```rust
// Code blocks
let foo = "bar";
```
## Subheadings
And finally footnotes [^1]

Everything but footnotes work in Amethyst

Jk, that sucks, you are allowed to complain 😁
Sounds like possible mention attack vector. From what I saw, seems iris.to allows to mute notes, others will hopefully follow.
Don't whine about the #hellthread, you yourself chose to join it. Own your ego driven mistake.
Great short interview where #[0] points out the different impact of bitcoin in the west and the global south.

With mempool full of mostly crap jpegs and 45sat/vbyte fee it seems that the nft grifters from etherium creeping over to bitcoin. Like cancer this mindset finds attack surface and tries to capture it. They eventually will get priced out but are also annoying and making transactions and channel openings needlessly more expensive.
On the bright side it will push LN adoption.
Lessons learned - we can't be conservative and cautious enough with new features on bitcoin L1. The brightest minds could not predict it to its full extend. Everything possible will be exploited as much as possible. Not saying we should ossify yet but the process of improvements will (and should) get even more lengthy and difficult. We have only one shot at this, better safe than sorry, especially in this case.
Really? afair I could choose local account for win 10 a few years ago, but did not install for years
#[2] find a volume license seller that sells volume or recycled keys like this German one https://www.softwareonlinekaufen.eu/microsoft-windows-10-professional-downloadlizenz/191/shop-details.html
Hey, nice work! Why not add an LNURL address to your profile so people appreciating your work can send/zap you some sats?
Not sure if DIDs are the best solution, but there should be consens that we need a way to revoke keys to avoid identity theft and reliance on centralized 3rd party services for reputation.
hmmm, LND node running amok on my rpi, load 44+,ram + swap maxxed out, anyone else or SSD dying 😬?
I don't want tobbuy the cat in the bag, especially if my timeline is flooded with anon private notes. Can be easily exploited and quickly become useless. I would prefer to see at least from who it is to decide if it is worth it and they have reputation at stake to not post garbage in private notes.
Unfortunately ignoring does not work, he will continue to sue and harass bitcoiners. There needs to be some total legal defeats in some court cases so he can't be taken seriously by any judge anymore. Otherwise he will continue to try abuse the legal systems.
Elixir/Erlang is the most underrated lang imo. Erlang was built for phone networks with fault tolerance and efficiency at it's core. Elixir makes it nice to use.
It was a bit tough to wrap my head from oop to functional programming and the syntax. That said I only played with it for a few weeks a couple of years ago with no real world project but I always wondered why it is not more popular in the bitcoin space compared to Go and Rust.
It seems to be a very good choice for relays imo.
The only drawback is that their package manager is called hex, but to their defense it existed before the shitcoin.
