Update the app perhaps. I had this once, it went away after getting the update.
Nostrgram.co has some useful filters for the feeds. "First" only shows the note, skips the replies, boost/retweets.
Try limiting your global feed to paid nodes.
Or give a try to nostrgram.co's friend+ feed (friend + their friends).
