Good morning.

New Year’s resolutions often fail for various reasons, one of which is the low-quality questions we habitually ask ourselves when facing challenges. For instance, if I start my day asking, “Why am I so stupid?”, it’s far less productive than asking, “What measurable and valuable lesson can I learn today?” Similarly, asking, “Why am I such a loser?” is far more damaging than asking, “What can I do today to make myself proud?”
The questions we use to frame our perspective are crucial to achieving success in anything meaningful. Too often, we ask questions we don’t actually want the answers to—questions that reinforce self-doubt instead of fostering growth.
I'm actually kind of curious what people would have as answers to "what is the most valuable thing one could learn today?".
