I need a better way to manage who I follow. noticing I have quite the echo chamber going on.

spam is a massive threat to nostr

1. if shitcoin spam can impact nostr this much, imagine what a real threat actor could do

2. pervasive spam invalidates trust from users

3. relay operators are not going to pay to host large scale spam

we need a large bounty or some other way of incentivizing spam mitigation.
