Thinking of the good memories of my late father last night, he would havr been 84. He loved his morning coffee, allbeit instant coffee was his preferance. Once we invested in our espresso machine, coffee went to a different level.

Yeah, it's scary how fast your circumstance can change when a valuable ressource like oxygen is being compromised and becomes scares. Never realized how vulerable we are. The air purifier is working great will help with allergy season for our family as well.
Fires are pretty bad. Could see and smell all the smoke in the air in Toronto, can't imagine what it is like up north were the fires are . Just being preventative because my daughter has asthma.

Oh yeah 15 mins is good. I still spend too much time trying to distract myself from more important work on Twitter and joining random twitter spaces these days.
6 months since I cancelled my Netflix subscription. Since then I've had an 1hr increase in avg hours slept (no more 1 more episode before bed), had more time to read, listen to audiobooks and favourite podcasts (mostly bitcoin related), spend quality time with my family. 1 less subscription helps me secure more of my time for things that I value. What are some of the subscriptions you've cancelled to get more time back in yours?
