I started the cold plung thing. I must say it feels good man! Got this larger one from Amazon for $120.

Overnight frost has been brining it down to 13-15 degrees. Felt great after a morning run. Although 10 mins at 13.5 celcius took me like 5 hrs to warm up again. 🥶

Bullet espresso has been my go to in the morning the past few months. I just add 1/4 teaspoon of butter to it. It's helps makes the double shot smoother without having to use any cream so I can avoid the sugar.
