ER physician here. People would be amazed at how many people are sick just bc they are so fat. I see you guys hauling in people so huge it takes 6 of us to move them from your stretcher onto our bed.

Is there a lack of content that breaks down current options and tradeoffs for diffrent set ups? Option paralysis, and not knowing where to start? Dont care and just wanna use whats easy? I want to understand and help bridge the gap if i can.
