Dementia is a terrible thing. My grandmother has it. Everytime i visit her it's heartbreaking. I came to the realization a while back that she's not the same person she used to be, that person is already gone, so I have to mourn a person who is still alive.

I went on an incredible volcano tour today in #Berlín #Usúlutan with my extremely knowledagble friend Don Julio who is one of the original #Bitcoin adopters in Berlín. He is an absolute font of knowledge for the local plant life and what each plant can be used for medicinally.
