Personally, I'm not convinced that the worst is behind us. Many people are experiencing FOMO and are kicking themselves for not buying at 15k. However, it takes time. Interest rates will only cause damage. I dare say that the lowering of interest rates is already partly reflected in the price, as most retail investors are anticipating a Fed pivot. Therefore, I don't foresee an immediate bull run when interest rates are actually lowered in the future.
