I'll be totally honest, I don't have much to contribute here. I'm not a coder, a builder, or an entrepreneur. I'm certainly no leader.

I don't have a newsletter or service to shill. I don't have any unique insights into politics, economics, Bitcoin, or Nostr that hasn't already been repeated as nauseum.

I'm just a guy who stumbled into all of this and was made a better person through the process.

Nostr is for builders, it it's also lurkers to plug directly into the signal, to help us stay humble.

What’s your nose?

Might be a coincidence, by my lightning node activity has actually increased with the on-chain fees dropping. Routing is going nuts overnight and two random channels just provided me some incoming liquidity.

Notable strength in #bitcoin as of late, relative to other assets.

Syncing a Bitcoin node over Tor isn't feasible.

Operating a Lightning node over Tor is a pretty massive fail.

I'd love to see someone do a proof of concept of running Bitcoin & Lightning nodes on the Veilid network.
