I highly suggest all males to try intermittent fasting in any of its forms. Humans are not designed to constantly eat all the time throughout the day. Reasonable fasting is very healing in many ways. Just be sure to consume actually nutritious foods, not industrially produced junk or solely plants.

What is the reason there is so little conflict and negativity here on nostr?

Maybe because this place is a beacon of freedom, populated by freedom lovers? And having love of freedom in common makes other differences a bit unimportant?

At the same time, freedom is increasingly being painted as extremely dangerous by media and governments.

Maybe freedom is actually conflict limiting? Uniting us, rather than dividing us…
