I'm meeting all kinds of interesting characters today. Saw a good old raccoon, I would have given him some bread but he ran off.
Just now a skinny guy (tweaker?) walked by me. I was sitting in my car, on private property but next to a public urban street. Guy is smoking, sees me in my car and walks past down the street about 10 ft. He stops and smokes his cigarette, looking up and down the street. He then turns back and approaches my car. I crack my window and call out "Can I help you?" and he immediately turns away and continues down the street without saying anything. I'm thinking he thought of robbing me but changed his mind after getting a better look at me. (I'm leaned back in my seat, but sat up when I called out)
