I'm still working on the game. I got the final boss done, which I don't mind showing because it's anti-climatic and there really isn't a big story going on here.

Okay, here is what I've been working on so far. I'm trying a different client this time. It's a roguelite dungeon crawler with Zelda-like elements. The game is written in C++ using the SFML framework.

Had to shelve the platformer project because of poor planning and feature creep. I decided to work on an action dungeon crawler. Right now, you can only move your character and thrust your sword, but I plan on including randomly generated levels.

I'm more experienced with top-down games, so this might be easier.

Kind of neglected this place for a bit. I'm back though. I've been working on a Kid Icarus style platformer. Right now, I've added platforms that you can jump onto from the bottom, but proper collision detection still needs to be worked on.

IT'S FINALLY DONE.

My Spy Hunter clone, Distant Ruins is now complete. Currently, there is only a Linux binary, but you should be able to compile for Windows in the meantime.

Replaced the bullet and explosion graphics with my own. The explosion could use a little more detail though.

I now replaced the assets for the spike car and limo. All that's left is the bumper car.

Still replacing all the Spy Hunter assets with my own. I made the civilian cars look like taxis so it would be easier to recognize them as civilians.

I wasn't planning on making anymore levels, but then I realized that Level 1 was basically a vertical slice level, so now I'm making the actual Level 1.
