It wouldn't have to be fancy or even trustless... Just a mature third party that can say, yep, you completed that part of the deck... Homeowner, I'm releasing 10-25% of the funds for the next phase, do you approve? We could even roll in inspections and agorize code compliance. No more tempting 50% jackpots for unscrupulous contractors and no 50% nooses for scope-creep Kens and Karens!

Very cool! I'm not familiar with XNO... I tried the bitcoin antminer thing for winter heat... So LOUD! Had to put it on the opposite end of the trailer. Kind of defeats the purpose of living space heat, but it did keep the pipes from freezing!

I am going to come at this today from two angles. They will be that perhaps there was malice from someone inside the government, the second that it could really have simply been incompetence.
Both are ugly, we may never know the truth but one of those two options must be true and the likely result of either changes pretty much everything about this election cycle.
