Rule of thumb:
Egos make mistakes but can’t admit it because Egos get Butthurt.
Nyms make mistakes but can admit it because there’s no Ego to get Butthurt.
Butthurt Egos are bad for #Bitcoin.
Become a Nym, so you can be less Butthurt & easily fix & learn from mistakes.
The Cypherpunks like @adam3us weren’t able to connect the dots and invent #Bitcoin despite being experts.
It took a person/group like Satoshi with “range” and interdisciplinary vision to discover #Bitcoin .

The reason I say this now is because we have to Steelman #Bitcoin .
Drivechains are a clear modification to the miner Block Reward schedule. Changing miner incentives changes the game theory of #Bitcoin in ways we don’t fully understand.
To suggest we “need” Drivechains on #Bitcoin or that Drivechains will improve #Bitcoin before doing thorough building and/or testing of such a system feels very misguided.
We need to zoom out appreciate the #Bitcoin Goldilocks zone.
